NameGenerator is a free program that generates new names from old names.
The quality of names it produces depends on the quality of input text.
New names are sorted based on how frequently their parts appear in the input text.
Installation and running

Extract it (usually by right-clicking)
Double click on NameGenerator.exe

Extract it (usually by right-clicking)
Run file NameGenerator located in bin directory by typing ./NameGenerator

The program will store its configuration data in a directory NameGenerator-[version] in the user's home directory.
Usage
Usage
Click on the Read button and select a text file.
Press the Generate button.
Optionally tweak the algorithm parameters by pressing the Options button.
The program supports the English and Serbian Latin alphabet.
