If you have a MIDI keyboard, you can use it to produce sound in Fugorama and record yourself.
You can configure how sustain, legato, and triller are being controlled by the pedal:
CLASSIC = ON when pressed
INVERTED = ON when released
ALWAYS = always ON
NEVER = always OFF
If turned ON, the triller is automatically played when two neighboring keys are pressed simultaneously.
If turned ON, the legato beautifies fast melodies played when the sustain is turned ON.
You can load and practice a random MIDI file from the Music directory defined in Global settings (default keyboard shortcut = Insert).
It's recommended to have the Performer view turned on.
The playhead position will advance if you play the song correctly.
You can set helper keys in Global settings to make your practicing more enjoyable:
Goto memory key >> go back in time to the memorized position (default 96 = C7)
Go back key >> go back 1 beat (default 95 = B6)
Memory key >> memorize position (default 94 = A#6 / Bb6)
The program comes with a collection of Bach's music to practice with.
